Order processing times:

Orders for personalized items generally have a 3-5 business day processing time then ship via USPS First Class or Priority package depending on weight.  Processing and ship times may vary depending on order volume.  Please contact us before your purchase for rush orders.

We ship only within the United States.

ORDERS REQUESTING QUOTES, LOGOS OR OTHER COPYRIGHTED OR TRADEMARKED IMAGES OR TEXT THAT YOU DO NOT OWN WILL BE CANCELLED:

 

Please be aware that if you are requesting a logo (or copyrighted text, quotes etc...) on your item that you MUST be the official owner of the logo (or trademark/copyright) and state that fact in a message.  If you are not the owner we will need direct permission from the actual, verifiable owner before we can reproduce the logo.  If you work for a large company please refer to your logo usage guidelines.

While we work very hard to catch trademarked and copyrighted material from being processed, it's possible for something to slip through. Note that you are responsible for making sure you have permission to use the text and/or images you provide.

NOTE REGARDING BIBLE QUOTES:  Many bible passages are from translations that are copyrighted.  Please only use public domain versions of any bible quote you may want to use.

Orders placed with offensive, derogatory, or illegal wording will be cancelled.

All orders will be shipped to the address shown on your transaction.  If you have an incorrect address on your order please ask us to cancel your order so you can submit a new one with the correct information.

For any order returned for an incorrect address we do ask for a minimal shipping fee before reshipping to the customer.

We will not reproduce or create vin plates or id plates for any vehicles.

Our items are not intended for industrial use.  They are not rated for heat or chemical resistance and are intended for light duty decorative uses.

None of our items are recommend for use by children as they may have small parts and some sharp surfaces.
