  • Can I add a logo to my item?
    Yes, IF you personally own the logo you can add that logo to most of my items. If you DO NOT own the logo I will need direct permission from the owner before proceeding. I generally can not reproduce trademarks or copyrighted logos or images without verifiable permission from the owner. If you work for a company and need to purchase items with their logo please refer to your company logo usage guidelines on how to proceed. Please ask all questions regarding logos BEFORE placing an order to avoid issues after an order has already been started.
  • Can a get this item in a different color?
    In many cases w can do custom colors depending on the item. Please contact us before your purchase to discuss your needs.
  • Can I use a font I found on the internet?
    We only use fonts that we have purchased for commercial use. The only exception may be a royalty free font that a customer requests. Our 5 or 6 most popular fonts are displayed on the images of our listings, we also own thousands of other styles. If you need a larger selection please contact me for samples.
  • Do you provide a layout proof?
    It depends on which item was ordered. We send layout proofs for many items automatically or when requested in the order notes. Please be sure to use a current email address so we are able to contact you regarding proofs or other questions regarding personalization.
  • Can you expedite my order?
    We can, in some cases, ship orders a bit faster to help with deadlines, etc... Please note that all of our items are personalized and that process will generally take 3-5 business days (or longer depending on current order volume). If you have a special requirement please contact us before placing your order.
