Shipping Policy

Orders for personalized items generally have a 3-5 business day processing time then ship via USPS First Class or Priority package depending on weight. Processing and ship times may vary depending on order volume. Please contact us before your purchase for rush orders.

NOTE that we do send layout proofs for many orders and any delay in approval may extend processing times.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the custom nature of our products we can not accept returns on personalized items unless there is an error on our part such as a misspelling on imprinting.
